ABOUT THE CLUB
PORTAL° is your neighborhood sauna. We are bringing our signature aesthetic blend of sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy to Minneapolis at the club in West Maka Ska offering a place to chill, sweat, and connect. Our Minneapolis club offers an indoor/outdoor experience with both electric and wood-fired saunas, a communal cold plunge pool, social spaces and amenities such as a locker room, changing spaces, and showers. Guests generally alternate between heat exposure (sauna) and cold exposure (cold plunge) three times per session, spending 15 minutes in the heat and 3 minutes in the cold. We ask that guests are respectful of their booking window to allow others to enjoy the club. Be aware we only allow entry to guests over the age of 18. We have towels available to add-on to your session for an additional fee and we recommend wearing or bringing either a swimsuit or clothing that can get wet. Water and electrolytes and merchandise is available for purchase.

WAIVER
All guests are required to have a signed waiver on file at all times. You will be asked to sign prior to entry at the club if not completed before you arrive.
CANCELLATION
Bookings can be canceled at any time using our online booking system. Late cancellations are subject to a penalty. You can read more on our policies here.
PARKING
Onsite parking is limited and available on a first-come-first serve basis. Street parking has been impacted by construction on Abbot Ave. of the METRO Green Line Lake St. station. Additional space is available across Excelsior Blvd. at the Bde Maka Ska Parking lot. We encourage you to bike, walk, or take public transportation to the club. Bus lines stop at Lake/Excelsior.
BOOKING
Please book sessions in advance using our online booking system to ensure availability.
TOWELS
Sauna towels are complementary during your session and bath towels are available for a rental fee.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a bathing suit, towel, and a water bottle.
SHOWERS
All guests are required to arrive clean prior to entering the facility. Showers are available to use before or after your session. Throughout your session, especially after sweating in the sauna you are required to rinse thoroughly before entering our cold plunges at one of the rinse stations in the club.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is the ultimate way to experience sauna cold plunge contrast therapy and be part of the PORTAL° community. Members get daily access to sessions and classes. Please note that memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
