PORTAL° is your neighborhood sauna. We are bringing our signature aesthetic blend of sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy to Minneapolis.  We are thrilled to share the opening of our newest club in West Maka Ska offering a place to chill, sweat, and connect. ​ Our Minneapolis club offers both electric and wood-fired saunas, a communal cold plunge pool, social spaces and amenities like a locker room, changing spaces, and showers. Guests generally alternate between heat exposure (sauna) and cold exposure (cold plunge) three times per session, spending 15 minutes in the heat and 3 minutes in the cold. We ask that guests are respectful of their booking window to allow others to enjoy the club. We have towels available to add-on to your session and we recommend wearing or bringing either a swimsuit or clothing that can get wet. Water and electrolytes are complementary throughout your session and merchandise is available for purchase.
